PERTH DAY 1, AND DYING.

it was not a sad goodbye, but i made myself think it was a sadistic one. i walked around aimlessly trying to get oriented, but the fact that i was walking without anyone by my side made my palms sweat. it was the deception of the mind.. i tried to convince myself i wasnt alone, but i felt more alone than anything. at that point, i really wanted to walk back out and hail a cab back to zion road.. but hey, my luggage was already checked in and it would be a hassle- okay, i admit.. i only felt the pinch then. i was scared and i just didnt know what to expect. i sat down and said goodbye to singapore. and it was an emotional breakdown when the plane started to move and i knew i couldnt back out anymore, yah.. i still wanted to do a 360 and run back home.. and when the speed increased and finally took off- i broke down into tears i couldnt help, i hate saying & worst still seeing everything i love pass down under me.

symphonic orchestra//granny and him would make a good band. their snoring is so unbelievably unique and irritatin after a while when you yourself is trying to sleep.
this is so weird.
"ms.yeoh, this is for you.. happy birthday." and stewards and stewardess gathered around and started singing and people actaully clapped along. i really hate to burst their bubble but "i'm so sorry, today is not my birthday.. i think you guys made a mistake."
i took the cake anyway, cos they gave me a glare and went back to check their records and were sure that it was meant for seat 63K. the cake looked sinful, and it would be such a pity if i insisted they take it back. so i sat there and during the whole 4 hours i finished this pretty cake.- all of it. gluttony should be made a crime we have to pay for, sigh. i sat back, and i had a feeling izzat might be behind this.
breakfast on SQ225.
this was what the old man beside me ate, it looked better than mine.. egg noodles with chicken and duck.
this is mine, yummy parsley scrambled eggs, sausage and hashbrown... typical americano breakfast. i really didnt have the appetite anymore, after i swallowed all the cake down, so i bit here and there and gave it back.
arrived perth airport @6.10am.
the sky control unit looked similar to the one in singapore, just that the one in singapore looks like a huge erected nipple, this one is just normal nipple.
it was 11 degrees and i thought i was very very cold, i couldnt even feel my toes and i was breathing in and out more than usual- maybe i enjoyed seeing the visible vapour leave my mouth. perth looked relaxed, very clean and humble.
arrived at uncle max's place/house and it was like a whole villa lookalike, i was totally feeling it.
land is what they have got, the houses there is perth is amazingly beautiful, beach houses, retiree houses- they all looked designer style. this is outside the house, the walkway-
the living room//
the shower area, water is so cold mum..now i really gotta appreciate heater. i detest taking a shower now, not just showering just to even wash my hands (because the water is sooo cold) and even sitting on the toilet seat. the room i have to put up with- it is not that bad. i mean, its cozy and a little dusty.. but a little cleaning up and after putting in my allegaurd comforter and setting up the bed, i felt like home actually.. but when i lie down and think of all the "bed" memories i shared with my room, i broke down again- sucha bloody crybaby.
unpacked my stuff and took out the little bottles i got from watsons- do you know that australia wont let you bring in anything that comes in a bottle that is 100ml and above. really anal, so i got them all out and lined them up to look at them, and an opportunity for me to shake my head. i took a basket full of stuff and they cleared the basket and this was what they allowed me on board.
NO CARS, QUIET, JUST TOO QUIET FOR ME.
i walked around the area by myself, refusing to leave my bag alone anywhere.. i lugged it around and seriously look like some tourist.. i occasionally took out a map to look at what road i am in, but its too quiet.. practically like a dead town, no one walks by, one or two cars will zip by but thats all you get. i feel as though this is rehab.
and uncle max's friends came by and took us out for some sight seeing and breakfast. king's park looked so ... green, i'm sure my dad would love to bring his putter, dig a couple of holes and practice putting here. i mean its cold, green and mean.
"Let the River Carry Your Sorrow Away"- i wish it could have done that, it didnt carry anything away.. the only thing it would be carrying is my body, it was a perfect picture as i stood there.. but it would be perfect if i was standing with a loved one.
my new friends// so far.
jacky, sarah and laura, all swinging single and all below the age of 15.
BREAKFAST STOPOVER- JOHN STREET CAFE.
amazing place to eat, food is really hearty and atmosphere there was relaxing.. with little tail wagger birds flying around and socialising with us.
you gotta love nature if you want to come to perth.
yummymymummy. this is really good, its call "on the lot"- which is what everyone ate, it is really a-lot and the cost is also a-lot, 19AUSSIE for that. mine was smoked salmon with scrabbled eggs on organic breadtoast- something i can finsh and price tag was 17AUSSIE. really expensive, but once in awhile this kind of breakfast OUT is something everyone should indulge in.
"ON THE LOT"- which is really ALOT. The portion is really big, dont be fooled by the picture.
TAIL WAGGER BIRDIES.
i think that is what they call it there. they are friendly but so damn annoyin, they fly all over you and your food.. you know how singaporean i am, trying to chase them away like how i chase crows and pigeons away whenever they come near me & my food. he stood behind uncle max's chair for quite a while, until i got paranoid and shoo-ed him away.
pretty, fat, cute and tail waggers. they sway their asses when they walk.
WHO SAID SINGAPOREAN FOOD WAS NT AVAILABLE?
singapore tucker, fish and chips, malaysian food, india food, japanese food was all available. they were so many things to eat.. but really, i had no appetite. nothing could compare to real singaporean food in singapore, cooked in hawkers by hawkers.
unfortunately for them, they are australian pr's and dont really get the chance to taste hawker food all the time. so whenever they miss eating whatever, they come here and order all the delicacy's- just that its imitation. that's auntie jo-anne on your left and her husband uncle lyold on the right.

i really have mixed emotions now, my blog is a great help by letting me whine and type what ever shizz i want in.. and knowing some will read and take pity on me. maybe come fly over here or maybe fly me back will make me feel better? i like it here, but i also dont.. its cold and i hate the dry air here, the wind sends shivers and i perpertually cant feel my toes. people here are nice and friendly but its not as happening as singapore. i dont know how i am going to live here for so long?

JOHAN- SAVIOUR.
thank god he is stationed in perth for 3 months, i have good fun company. got in touch with one of garageR's filial customer and he has already done his own little research so far and found quite a number of things to do here already. yay, like rent a weekend porshe convertible to zipp around instead of his toyota corolla his company assigned him to. i'll holla him tmr or maybe drop by sheraton towers in town to meet him/ or rather, i'll go shopping at target with auntie jo-anne. banks and school admin is not open on weekends.

I REALLY MISS HOME, AND MY BED, AND MY ROOM, AND THE MAID, AND THE MAID, AND MY TOILET, AND EVERYONE I LOVE. PLEASE DONT RENT MY ROOM OUT MUM, I KNOW I WILL BE BACK SOON.
